A: To create an account, visit the ETIC website and click on the "Sign Up" button. Fill in the required details such as your name, email address, and password. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
A: If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address, and you will receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

A: After finishing the course you will receive a physical certificate of completion for the enrolled course, and you can receive it by attending our HQ or we can send you a physical copy by mail.
A: Log in to your account, go to the "Profile" section, and click on "Edit Profile." Make the necessary changes and save the updates.
A: Most of the courses we provide are attended by zoom or by coming to the scheduled classes, you have to be alert for class schedules, in each session completion you will be able to access the recorded session.
A: To receive a certificate, you must complete all the course requirements, which may include attending sessions, watching videos if included, participating in discussions, and passing assessments. Once you fulfill these requirements, you get a physical certificate of completion from our department.
Some courses we provide have first session as trial to give our students the confort of knowing their instructors and the course materials.
A: ETIC accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards using POS machine and bank transfers. Details for payment options will be provided during the course registration process. We may include online payment processors in the future using PayPal and other methods.
Note: there are no online payment through the website at the moment
The certificate price will be included in the course fee during the registration process, our agent will guide you through all by mentionning the course fee and the certificate fee separately for clarification.

Our IT department is working on a custom LMS platform that allows our students to learn online with their own pace, including materials that are recoreded in new course batches for the students that are attending physically this online platform will help our students to do all the process from enrolling to finishing and aquiring the certificate online without interacting with any instructor or agent unless needed. this project will be open soon in our website and will be announced in our social media for any student interested for self paced certified courses. for any information contact us through WhatsApp +974 3008 6600
A: After enrolling in a course, you will receive an email with the Zoom session details, including the meeting link, ID, and password. You can also find this information in the course section of your account. Join the session at the scheduled time using the provided link.
A: For online learning via Zoom, you need a stable internet connection, a computer or mobile device with a webcam and microphone, and the Zoom application installed on your device.
A: Face-to-face sessions are scheduled at specific times and locations, which will be communicated to you after course registration. These sessions provide an opportunity for hands-on learning, practical exercises, and direct interaction with instructors and peers.
A: Yes, all course materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and recordings of Zoom sessions, will be available in the course section of your ETIC account. You can access them at any time for review and study.
